Parking can be a challenge at times
I have been coming to Freddo ATX for almost a year. It was my first bar I went to. I would sit upstairs on Sunday’s and drink $2.75 mimosas while job searching because I was new in town. I walk there from my apartment and it’s always a fantastic experience. I love the staff and the drinks are great. They just have beer and wine but they have a large menu. It’s perfect to sit outside and upstairs they have local art with games. I enjoy open mic night on Mondays. I know they have more nightly events as well. The owner is constantly making fun changes and every time I come I feel like there is something new! Either a menu item or the layout is different. It’s nice! 10/10! 🤍
Freddo is an amazing aesthetic atmosphere with affordable food and drinks and amazing staff. Jamal the closing manager is nothing short of outstanding. He treats every guest like family and really creates a cozy homie hangout vibe. Thank you Jamal!
Very nice looking building with nice architecture. Many places to sit in coffee shop. I was going to order their Baklava latte but it was $10 so I changed my order to a regular latte because that is outrageous. My latte had lavender syrup it was $5.50 not bad but did not have much flavor. The coffee didn’t taste that good almost watered down. Good place to study can be busy. Expected a bit more from this place.
First time in. Lots of people working on their laptops in quite corners of the house. You’re welcomed to the upstairs seating area as well. Only thing I didn’t care to much for was the music. Speakers were going in and out so that made it a little unpleasant. So many place to chill and enjoy a cup of coffee.
An old Victorian house converted to the perfect rest, relax, date and/or socialize at this delightfully unique coffee bar. I really love this place and often enjoy the flatbread, coffee and sometimes the wine or mimosas. All of the food is delicious and the atmosphere is always pleasant.
This is a cute brunch, date night, spot. It’s really an amazing place to frequent with or without a purpose. It’s pet friendly there an upstairs full of amazing art available for purchase. Games (connect 4,cards, books, ect..) inside to enjoy. There are outdoor swings, misting fans, lights adorning the trees and friendly service. They do have food and drink options and parking is on the side.
The vibes here are infected with the cries souls of artists who were never seen nor heard. When you step beyond the gates and enter the quaint grounds you will be enveloped by pure passion of the artists’ to perform. On our night we could have food from the kitchen, have a tarot reading or grab some sea moss juice and reclaim the earth. Whatever you do just choose to be here, supper with your ears, applaud and participation. All are welcome and you will get another slice of Austin.
